This class features a series of recreational exercised designed to work on each major joint and body part.  Swimming ability not required.

This fitness class is conducted in the shallow end of the pool, so swimming ability is not required.

Participants use buoyancy belts in this fitness class to remain vertical in deep water without submerging.  Swimming ability IS required.

This fitness class combines both shallow & deep water exercise components to meet needs of the participants.  You decide where you are most comfortable, & our instructor offers workout options for both deep & shallow water!

Our Water Therapist will help participants enjoy the benefits of exercise designed to benefit those with M.S. in our cool (82 degree) pool.  We have steps & a lift for easy access into the water, as well as on-deck family changing room for your convenience.
