Text Box: Soo Bahk Do Karate (Adult)

Soo-Bahk-Do Karate develops strength, balance, flexibility, concentration, self-control and self confidence.  The YMCA’s program has produced more than 200 Black Belts and six Master Instructors.  Our students can trace their lineage directly to Grand Master Hwang Lee, the founder of Moo Duk Kwan.

Instructor Mary Ann Walsh is a certified teacher with a Master’s Degree from Vanderbilt University.  She has been named a “Guardian of the Art” in the United States Soo Bahk Do Federation.
