Part of this class will provide postures and specific breath related movements. The practice will move into mindful yoga taking each posture with a slow, deliberate flow. The mind/body connection will be the focus for each of the postures. We will develop a fuller understanding of each posture and breath flow and the relationship to our mind and body connection. Within the flow we will develop our pranyama (breath awareness and control) through postures that enhance the relationship of our movements and our breath. Some postures will be held longer for a fuller and deliberate development of awareness and focus within our mind/body connection and enhance the essence of our yoga and to our lives.
