Beginners learn basic tumbling, body awareness, balance, locomotion movements, flexibility and muscular development. MUST BE TOILET TRAINED. |

Participants learn the proper progressions for basic skills on the floor exercise, beam, bars & vault. |

Instruction includes front and back walkovers, front and back handsprings and combinations. Emphasis is placed on properly performing advanced skills on all four Olympic events. |
